Company Profile Photo Session
A studio portrait session for the management team, created for a company profile book. The aim was to present the people who lead the company with warmth, confidence, and a clear sense of identity, through group portraits that feel professional yet approachable.

Visual direction
Batik became the visual signature of the series. Each person wears a different motif, so the colors and patterns add richness while the clean studio backdrop keeps the focus on them. Poses mix standing and seated arrangements, using stools and a sofa to create natural groupings with varied height and rhythm. The soft gray background and even lighting keep the look polished and timeless, with room left for the book’s layout and typography.
The shoot
The sessions took place at various locations as part of several management team group projects. Lighting was controlled and soft to flatter every subject, while the direction aimed for relaxed, genuine expressions rather than stiff formality. The final selection includes group portraits in both landscape and portrait orientation, ready for cover, divider, and management pages.
